The unit was cozy the back deck gives additional space and privacy. The other units had owners living there and everyone was helpful with questions about the area etc. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not enough to ding the review. The owner was very communicative and fast. The town is steps away and being off Rte 28 made everything very accessible. The downtown restaurants were available and usually had room for 2\. The location of this property was perfect. We were easily able to walk to downtown, dinner and the beach. We were mid-cape, so travel to either Provincetown or Woods Hole was easy. As you can see from the pictures, the property is quite small. My husband even had to climb into the foot of the bed. No room on his side. I was able to make a few meals here - there was enough room for me to cook for 2\. I wish his post had more detailed info as to what amenities were there. For example, it didn't mention that we need to supply our own linens. Not a big deal, but it would have been if I hadn't seen a previous review that mentioned it. Also, the bathroom didn't have either a tub mat or a floor mat. We had to go out to buy them so we wouldn't slip after a shower. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. ##### Gail S.
