"The location is really the standout feature of this property — it’s in a lovely area and made for a great setting during our stay.However, beyond that, the experience was disappointing and didn’t live up to expectations, particularly given the price.The outside of the property was quite messy and gave a poor first impression. Inside, while it appeared neat on the surface and had some nice furniture, it quickly became clear that the building itself is very old and in need of significant upkeep. There are visible signs of wear and deterioration, with what feels like a number of patch-up fixes rather than proper maintenance.There were also issues during our stay that impacted our experience, including problems with the spa bath and a roof leak.While the location is undeniably a highlight, it’s difficult to justify the price in its current condition. With some proper repairs and attention to maintenance, this could be a much better place to stay, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations."

"Such a beautiful and clean house!! It’s honestly unbelievable how nice the house was, from the decorations to the appliances to the comfort, they had really thought of it all. I stayed here with my family and we were a large group of 15 and we all loved it so much including the kids. They couldn’t get enough of the kids room as well as the beautifully clean backyard which they used almost the entire time to play. We honestly didn’t want to leave at the end. The accessibility between both houses made hanging out together so easy and seamless. On top of everything, the host is amazing with their communication and made our stay super easy and comfortable. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely rebook next time we’re back in Adelaide. "
