This hotel is in a great location, near to the tube. We found it to be quiet, even though it is next door to a police station. The room was clean, although a bit dated but the service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you & were very friendly. We even found some locals to be friendly, too.

Magnificent old building and excellent value for money and view of the fact that it was in the London area. Young Barman, I think his name was Tom, incredibly welcoming and friendly

We visited friends in Harrow so this property was perfect for us in terms of location. Property was very clean and modern. Digital door locks a little awkward. However ok after one or two attempts.

I was working in the area, had eaten elsewhere and just wanted to check my emails, a clean comfortable bed and breakfast and that is exactly what I got.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

These periods offer pleasant weather, making it ideal for exploring Harrow's outdoor attractions without the extreme heat of summer or the chill of winter. You'll find the gardens and parks, such as those at Headstone Manor & Museum, particularly enjoyable during these times, often with fewer crowds than in peak summer.
For those interested in local events and a lively option, visiting in July and August can be appealing, although it's also the busiest time. The Harrow Arts Centre often hosts various performances and workshops throughout the summer. However, be prepared for more tourists and potentially higher prices for accommodation and flights.
