I usually don’t take the time out to write a review, But this time I needed to I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was clean, located right near the main theme park, and close to other things like restaurants, bars, and even a golf course. You can do everything in Hershey from here. Now cheaper options are available but if quality is your main concern and you have money to spend for a family trip for a few days in Hershey, this place is it.

The woman staffing the front desk upon check in was excellent. She was very helpful. We had two rooms and they were great. The beds were very good. The hotel has a nice scent. It was an enjoyable stay. If I had one negative it would be the free breakfast. Undercooked eggs and sausage.

One reason we chose this property was that they had an EV charger for our car but it wasn’t working when we got there. Apparently it “went down” the week before and hadn’t bothered to been repaired. Pool was cold, otherwise everything was perfectly good. Breakfast was better than we were expecting since there were eggs and sausage (both imitation) but hot food nonetheless. Clean and no issues.
