"Unsupervised children and teens were running the length of the 4th floor, screaming and shrieking after 10 pm. I had asked them once before to stop this behavior as we were travelers needing rest. I now got dressed and went to the front desk, passing a group of people drinking beer in the hall way, when I arrived Angelique waited on me, I explained the nature of the disturbance. She said I was disrespecting her because she was busy training a new person on the front desk. I went back to bed, the ruckus died down around 12 midnight except for slamming doors and talking in the hall. The following morning the #2 elevator and the 4th floor hallway smelled of weed. I asked a staff member about the decline in the hotel since my stay last year, she referred to the "transients and druggies" who frequent the hotel currently. Book this stay at your own risk. I'm done with the Country Inn and Suites by Raddison in Hagerstown MD."

"We really enjoyed the beds here - very comfortable. The room was spacious, breakfast options were sufficient. It was a little noisy right by the roadway but convenient location and fair price. I'd stay here again!"

"Breakfast was not so good they should have stayed with the basic Breakfast, bacon, eggs and sausage. Everything else was good. "

"The pool was a LOT smaller than anticipated. Literally only 6 ft wide. The shower walls were not wiped down and someone else’s hair was all over them. My daughter also got bit by bugs during the night which I suspect were bed bugs so never going back there. "

"The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. Love the history of the inn and the history maintained within the inn! The inn itself is close to a lot (Snallygasters, The Barn, Kelley Farm Kitchen, and Bolivar Bread Bakery are all in walking distance; and Lower Town is less than a mile away). Definitely would love to stay here again!!!"
