Great ambience, we had a tough start on our trip. But staff more than made up for it through upgraded service, great food and willingness to lean in to accommodate our schedules, as requested. Overall, a great stay!

Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay.

"Very out dateded, ac unit froze up started leaking all over our stuff and then it started throwing ice chunks. We went to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms.
