  • RELAX AT 36 is an executive 2 storey 4 bedroom holiday home on the esplanade that accommodates up to 10 guests, has 2 living areas, excellent sea views and a beautiful beach out front.

    Free WiFi - NBN high speed

    UPSTAIRS:
    Living area with TV, DVD, sink, bar fridge, access to deck, outdoor furniture. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.

    4 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, separate w/c.

    DOWNSTAIRS:
    Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas stove top, oven, microwave, Breville Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), dining area, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge area with TV, DVD, Foxtel, ceiling fan.

    Laundry with top loading washing machine, 2nd fridge/freezer, 2nd bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c.

    Outdoor setting, gas bbq, plenty of parking for cars and boats.

    Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 1 bunk plus 1 single, bed 4 - 1 bunk plus 1 single.

    Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, quilt covers, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

    Hardwicke Bay is a small beachside settlement with beautiful beaches, reef and rockpools.

    Garage not for use.

    No smoking

    NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

    **WINTER OFF PEAK SPECIAL** June, July August, excludes long weekends and school holidays
    15% discount on Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

    Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

    Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
    $350 per night
    High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
    $300 per night
    Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
    $300 per night


    Bond may increase during peak season

Amazing Accomodation

Accomodation was perfect for a family of nine. Four children and five adults. Large well equiped kitchen with all necessary appliances. Two bathrooms and two large living areas.Amazing views overlooking the water. Couldn’t help but feel relaxed. Had a wonderful time and plan to book again soon.

Lovely two story holiday house on the beachfront at Hardwicke Bay. Was well equipped & great layout for two families to share. And did I mention those views… WOW!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location especially for a family with children - excellent view and fabulous coast line. The upstairs television screen was cracked when we arrived but worked. The power point for the television screen on the ground floor was a bit dodgy. We had plenty of hot water and the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils etc.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. We woke to stunning sea views and the kids had a ball playing on the beach while we sat on the balcony and watched. Highly recommended this home! Its suitable for two families with two separate living spaces. It has everything you need.
