Most of the staff was responsive and helpful, however, there was one young lady who seemed glued to her cell phone and asking her any questions seemed like an imposition.
Otherwise the staff was friendly and supportive and the location was good for my meetings. The room was comfortable with good coffee maker and a hot water maker! I will book again.
