We felt very lucky to get a room in this lovely place! Our room was large, the fireplace made it cozy, very comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom right across the street from the harbor. We would love to return for a longer stay!

The location was excellent and the staff was great. We had no hot water at first but the front office receptionist came to our room immediately and solved the problem (by resetting the water heater). Another staff member called a local restaurant for us to make sure they were open after a power outage.

The room and location of the room were excellent. The service mediocre. All very ‘your on your own’. They should follow through with their claims of a free glass of wine. I appeared at the location where it was to be served there were no attempts to follow through on their part. Also the bed was like a rock.

Wonderful location. Very quiet, great view, clean and well looked-after rooms. My only complaint was that there was NO hot water (3 nights, no hot water at all. Might have been bad luck on my part).

Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again.

Nice room overall. Fireplace was nice. Everything worked. However, the bathroom and entry tile had a lot of grime and dirt showing on it. It was not from a recent stay but appeared to be accumulation over time. I wonder if the carpet was that dirty too.
