It’s a small house with luxury fittings. Enjoy the view out to sea and over Kaikoura from the comfort of your bed....or lay on the sofa and open the windows to watch the Bellbirds and Tuis feeding from the trees surrounding the house. The house has two raised mezzanine floors - with a King Single on one, and a Queen bed on the other. The living room has a sofa that can be utilised as a further single bed if required, and a cot is avaliable on request. Please note, the mezzanine floors are accessed via a steep staircase. We would love to host you in our contemporary designed little black house. The house is incredibly well equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing, and chilled break away. The interior is of a very high spec and the soft furnishings are beautiful. The bathroom facilities were more than ideal, and the shower was lush. The mountain views one side and sea views on the other are a lovely contrast to the eye. The location is peaceful with incredible views towards the sea and the mountains, and a beautiful night sky. Wish we could have stayed longer - we will go back. My only precaution is for people who have mobility issues as getting to the bedrooms involves climbing a ladder and the ceiling in the bedrooms is low.
