"Staff was friendly, room was comfy and spacious, all food was delish, both pool areas were really nice, the only down fall was the inside pool could have used a little more ventilation. The "spa" was very hot and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was clean, but we were informed at check in that the power went out the day prior and the AC had not been fixed. There was no compensation provided and no free bottles of water to offset the temperature being above 76 in the room at all times. Also the bottles of soap were empty or close to empty in the shower. The parking lot was extremely dark and felt slightly unsafe. "

"The good... Property looks pretty new and the beds were comfortable. The bad... The floor in the room was "sticky" like spilled soda that wasn't totally cleaned, the shower didn't work because I think the control valve was defective (choice was scalding hot or no water). Milk in the breakfast area was past its sell by date, staff cleaned the breakfast area by using a wet rag to wipe everything onto the already dirty floor. The hallway (2nd floor) had trash including Q-tips on it when we checked in and still there when we checked out. No one at the front desk when we left so I couldn't even complain. Really bad experience. "

"The only issue we had was our room keys had to keep being reset. This was very inconvenient and seemed to be a common occurrence."

"It was fine, the staff was courteous. The rooms were just ok with lots lacking in comfort - sinks were clogged, shower made a weird squealing noise and beds/bedding were ok. Nothing terrible at all, just overall a mid grade hotel. The staff was quick to change our room when we discovered the pull out mattress was missing , despite being a very busy check in night. The lady in charge of breakfast was a delight though. "
