日本語で対応してくれる点、朝食に日本食が選べる点は良かったですが、チェックインした部屋に前の客が使用したタオルやマスクが放置されており、部屋を変更してもらったらTVの設定がされていなかったりと準備不足を感じました。また、禁煙ルームを選びましたが元喫煙ルームという感じでにおいは結構するので、部屋に備え付けのファブリーズは重宝しました。
