As a seasoned traveller, I tend to be selective when it comes to accommodation, and this stay met my expectations in many respects. The bedroom was impeccably maintained, elegantly designed, and offered a sense of calm and comfort that is essential after long days of exploring. The location was particularly well chosen, providing both convenience and accessibility while remaining pleasantly peaceful. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth reflected a strong understanding of quality hospitality. Didn’t get to check in because they wouldn’t let me due to a “roof leaking”. They told Expedia I was at the property when in fact I was not. I have proof in photos that they told me this and still denied me a refund. The property and Expedia both denied a refund even though I was never given check in instructions and was told the property wasn’t available due to a leaking roof and water damage.
