Very convenient place to stay as very close and walkable distance from Hanoi Station. We just stayed here for the night after our trip back from Sapa. Close to Old Quarter. Room was comfy and clean. Very happy with our stay.
Sang and the team at Millennium Hanoi Hotel were all extremely accommodating and helpful upon my arrival into the city. I was greeted with a drink and a complimentary room upgrade! My room had a nice view of the street life and was clean and spacious. Great location and friendly yet private atmosphere, would recommend to travelers of all ages! Cheers guys!
The hotel itself is very dirty. It needs proper cleaning. The staff are friendly but they need more focus on their duty. The worst thing is that they forgot my taxi arrangement, even they asked me to use his contracted taxi. I almost miss my flight due to their irresponsible act.
Not clean at all, terrible standard in the room, bugs in the bed/room. Someone tried to enter my room during the night, luckily there are locks on the doors. It is also extremely noisy and really thin walls. I could hear my neighbours moaning during the night. The receptionist was nice, although when he showed me to my room someone was already there.. Do not recommend staying here.
Highly recommend place to stay !
It’s a valuable place for the money you pay(stayed in a standard room) . Clean and tidy place to stay in the heart of Old quarter..
Great hotel. We got a welcoming gift and free room upgrade, also the breakfast offered was amazing.
The staff is very attentive and the location is convenient, close to a lot of the points of interest.
Really recommend.
My stay at Millenium hotel was absolutely incredible, the service provided may have been some of the best service that I have personally received. They really go out of there ways to make sure that you are comfortable and all of your requirements are met for your stay in Hanoi. I really enjoyed the location too, it was just a short walk to all of the major city sites! All in all I would highly recommend this stay for solo and or couples traveling through Vietnam!
The staff was very helpful. I was offered early check-in and they helped me with transportation which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely come again and could recommend to anyone.

Pictures not accurate
I booked the room for a place to stay between checking out of my other hotel and taking the overnight train to Danang. It’s not far from the train station and it was cheap. The pix looked great and I thought maybe I’d stay there again when I’m back in Hanoi since the price was good. But, the room was very small with no windows and no chair. The pix and description have no mention of this. It was fine for my purposes, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
We got a room without a window. It was stuffy and hot, and the aircon didn't work. The internet also didn't work in our room. There was a general problem that was quickly fixed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff. The standard room is fairly small but is quiet. Has a large bathroom and quite clean. We also had one night in a premium room with a window and actually this was a worse nights sleep due to noise. Breakfast was very nice, the omelettes are quite filling and they’ll usually bring you anything you ask for.
