When I first checked in they put me in a room that was very substandard. I am mediately asked for something else and they did accommodate me.. So I moved to an another one of their properties and this room was much better with a beautiful large window overlooking the city on the ninth floor. The beds in both places were hard and much too firm for good sleeping. They also didn't tell me about the renovations going on right above the second apartment. All day long it was incredibly loud machinery work going on. I was just tired of moving so I dealt with it and made sure I was out of the apartment during the day. Each time I contacted them, they did try to help. This is definitely economy living. I had an experience here last year that was a lot better with a really nice room and a great view for the same price. I'm not sure what happened.

My booking was Studio with kitchenette. When u enter directly smell humidity. NO REFREGIRATOR although it is mentioned in the description. The shower is linked to the washbasin, so when you shower will be a full mess all over. Room is not clean at all (spiders, insects, mosquito..). To decrease humidity, i asked to provide a second key card to keep AC on. After a struggle the receptionist finally accepted. NO RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
