Welcome to my safe, cozy and green 3-bedroom apartment in the central & vibrant Ba Dinh district of Hanoi city, which is perfect for leisure and workspace.
You will find your own relaxing space in the middle of city center; enjoy the fast, charming pace of Hanoian’s life wandering down one of the most atmospheric streets with authentic Vietnamese/International restaurants and local boutiques.
The space
- My 3-bedroom apartment is 120-meter square
- Ideally located in the condo building next to Giang Vo lake in the modern area with friendly and vibrant local surroundings.
- It takes 5 minute walk to local restaurants and shops.
- There is a 15-minute drive to the 36th ancient streets, close to all types of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, or to other most famous and attractive tourist’s destinations including the Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake etc.
- You can have a peaceful and wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the Old quarter & perfect space to relax and get some work done.
- Supermarket downstairs, close by restaurants and local street food vendors are close to the condo.
- 3 options for big shopping centers and cinemas are 5 minutes by taxi/motorbike away from condo.
- Apartment has a spacious living room with a beautiful green balcony with a fish tank, kitchen & dining area, 1 master bedroom with a green balcony, 2 junior bedrooms with 2 big desks with a remarkable relaxing view of the garden & local school.
- Spacious living room with big comfy sofa, TV with more than 100 channels, strong wifi-connection is the plus.
- Kitchen area is new and modern, fully equipped, with a nice big dining table, warm and welcoming lights.
- One bathroom in the living room and one in the master bedroom that has a nice green balcony and airy.
Adding up to all of above nice features of the apartment is a lovely landlord who can speak fluent English, friendly and willing to support at all time.
