Recommend
Very good value for money. Friendly staff, spacious room and the very best hotel bed I had slept in for the last 10 years. However, if you want service 24/24, the hotel does not offer this. It depends on what is important to you. I thought it was really very good.

Its was a very good trip, when for my sister wedding which was 6 minutes drive from the hotel and the registrar office was 2 minutes walk and finally the reception hall was 4 minutes away. Love every bit about the hotel,friendly staffs especially Eva the receptionist with her Dog

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was evident that the hotel was furnished to a high standard. There was no dining service, except breakfast wish provided a very wide range of food, though the hot food was not replenished. The area on one side near the hotel was untidy - the weeds were needing removed! There was a very large shopping and restaurant centre nearby. That was a great asset, plus the tram station next to it provided a 15-mimute journey into the centre of Hannover.

The building was aged, but they renovated and the most things are in clean and great shape.

A night before a transatlantic flight. So we only had to find a bed. The only minor point is that the curtains are not wide enough to cover the windows. But they are still renovating, and I am sure this will be fixed. Breakfast was really good.

It is really nice place. We were staying just for 1 night. It is a bit inconvenient that there is only one chair. Beds are amazing. Also there are stairs but they are only for emergency, so you have to use elevator only.

Leider keine Zimmerreinigung in unserem 4-tägigem Aufenthalt. Früher gab es für alle Hotelgäste gratis warme Getränke am Kaffeeautomat. Das fällt jetzt leider weg. Für uns war das immer was besonderes. Sonst aber alles in Ordnung

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich auch der Nacht Check in war auch sehr gut hat gut funktioniert allerdings der Fahrstuhl hat sehr widerlich gestunken und bei dem Frühstück waren die Stühle kaputt waren instabil.

Sauberkeit Top, leider besteht dieses Hotel aus mehreren Gebäuden. Unser Zimmer war in Haus 7, heisst aus der Rezeption auf die Strasse, ums Haus und einen Block weiter. Sehr unschön, wenn man morgens eigentlich mit dem Jogginganzug nur runter zum Frühstücken will… bei Wind und Wetter heisst das: komplett fertig machen. Ebenso unschön, wenn die Karte mal nicht funktioniert und man den ganzen Weg zur Rezeption zurück muss. Frühstück war gut, mit 2 Einschränkungen: leider früh vieles vergriffen, was nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Zudem scheint ein chronischer Tassen und Gläsermangel zu herrschen. Was ich nicht so toll fand, war, dass Kaffee und Cappuccino während des frühstücks kostenfrei waren und nach 10:00 Uhr Geld kosten – und das satte 4 Euro für einen halb vollen kleinen Cappuchino. Mehr als die doppelte Menge kriegt man im Café Laden um die Ecke für 3,80 €. Steht für mich einfach in keiner Relation zur Menge. Zwei Euro wäre mehr als angemessen, Schade.
