9/10 Wonderful! (771 reviews)
Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. All the amenities you could ever ask for. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent for anything you needed. Can’t think of anything I would ask to be changed.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (5,143 reviews)
Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and loved the toiletries so much I bought some. All the staff were helpful.
Breakfast was great with more than enough choice for anyone. Nice, strong coffee that so many hotels lack. Would definitely stay again if I'm in Toronto.

Check in was very slow. The bathroom was very small. We had to squeeze into the shower. Rooms are clean and upgraded and overall the hotel was good.
