The staff were very friendly and special thanks to the Priyankara and bar staff, Lalit, Sampath and the pool staff and the lady who checked me in at the reception. "We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again"

"We stayed for three nights with our 1 year old baby. The staff are excellent, so welcoming, and attentive and really enjoyed playing with our son. We had a sea view room, the view is beautiful, and the bathroom and shower were excellent - you can see the sea from the shower! The staff provided a lovely wooden cot which was perfect for our son. The cot fit next to the bed and the bed’s mosquito net covered the cot. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating of our child’s needs. All in all, we would recommend to other families and travellers. The staff are a credit to the place. "

"This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so we spent the majority of the day at their beachside cafe called Happy Lab. We came in April, so waves a little high but we managed to enjoy our time in the water. We took a stroll in the evening to check out other nearby beachside restaurants and settled on dinner at The Twins. Everyone was accommodating and we had a lovely time."
