  • The Cooper Cottage, A charming 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home is located within the thriving Bowen`s Village neighborhood.

    It features a total of two queen beds, which makes this home a spacious retreat designed to accommodate small families, couples and friends seeking a escape to relax and recharge. As you step into this inviting home, you`ll immediately be welcomed by the bright and airy atmosphere. The tastefully decorated living room offers a relaxing gathering space, with comfortable seating and a flat screened smart TV, Providing the perfect space to kick back, relax and enjoy your favorite show after a long day exploring the low country.

    The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, is perfect for preparing delicious meals throughout your stay. The adjacent dining area which comfortably seats four, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a home cooked meal or takeout from your favorite local restaurant.

    Also located on the main level is a half bath and a laundry room equipped with a stackable washer and dryer.

    Once you make your way upstairs, you will find the two spacious bedrooms in the home which are elegantly appointed and each boasts a queen sized bed, ensuring a restful nights sleep for all guests.

    The two rooms share a large bathroom equipped with modern fixtures, double vanity and shower. It comes with fresh linens and toiletries, allowing you to indulge in a spa like experience.

    The Bowen`s Village Community offers a resort style swimming pool, pickle ball court, basketball hoop, play ground, boat dock, several walking trails and neighborhood restaurants, making it so you never have to leave the neighborhood, to enjoy your time away.

    -You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
    -Community Pool (Heated) Open March-October Only
    -Grills are not allowed at the unit. However there are community grills located nearby.
    -Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
    -No Parties, events, loud music etc.
    -While guests have access to the community amenities. We do not maintain the amenities and cannot control if an amenity is closed or requires maintenance during your stay.
    -Guests get access to Community Pool and amenities via a key fob. If the key fob is lost the cost to replace the fob is $500.

Beautiful cozy home! We loved our stay there. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with a blender! The laundry on site made our trip easy to pack lighter and also go home with clean laundry. Checking in was super simple. Even the pickle ball equipment was waiting for us. We loved the location overall - many playgrounds, a walking path, pool, grill, they had it all, and coffee in walking distance! The only thing I can recommend is the mold in the shower is something I’m highly sensitive to and it was prevalent in the frame of the shower. The door was awkward getting in and turning the shower on. We had to put towels down when showering because of the way it was set up ( not the fault of the owners what so ever - more of a builders thing) - I think having an extra large bath mat might be a good idea. We wanted to protect the floors from getting saturated so we put towels down. The beds were so comfy which is hugeee for a rental. Thank you so much, we will be back again .
