The Que-Ella Town house is situated in the prime central part of Malta, 10 to 20 minutes drive from airport, 5 to 10 minutes to the Capital City Valletta , 10 to 20 Minutes to Sliema and St Julians and a 30 minute drive to catch the Ferry to Gozo... The location has all shops in need bus stops minutes away all walking distances just 5 minute walks . It sits in an urban street a village core totally Maltese ,feeling Maltese living Maltese while your on your stay. The property has 3 Bedrooms 2 of which have air-con a safe full furniture and all in mint condition , the 3rd room is a small under staircase bedroom the old Maltese way :) a feature in this Maltese town house , kitchen fully equipped has fridge and pantry electric oven ,hobs and microwave, the hood is as clean as it gets the kitchen is spotless , all pans cups and plates and utensils are spotless, main bathroom has a small bathtub with a shower and also has a corner extra shower plus a lovely sink and toilet shaver plug and finished to the Best . vanity unit included.. there also is an extra toilet that has a shower and sink also it is at the far end of the town house again the old school Maltese way.In this lovely Town House there is this sweet lobby having a lovely grandfather clock and arm chair and table just perfect to read or relax .The property is totally private having its own entrance and ground floor . 2 steps to the front door .
