Poor experience, slack management

"Service was inexperienced but very kind. Heating and cooling of rooms was turned off so the room was very hot. Lots of mosquitos but no screens. Finally they double charged us for the room and have refused to refund it, which is ridiculous and we will have to go through VISA to block charge "

Reservation Not Honored

"We did not get to stay. We were supposed to contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions. We emailed two days ahead and got no response. We made multiple calls to the hotel over a period of 4 hours and got no answer. We called Hotels.com and were on the app/phone for 4 hours. We got no help and had to find a place to stay on our own. I will be in touch with you to demand a refund. "
