We arrived to an easy check-in and immaculately clean home. The home is beautifully furnished and beds were quite comfortable. The property was beautifully maintained, perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, and with plenty of space for us all to stay comfortably. The beds were good, the bedrooms fine with a large MB. The biggest issue was that although it was 5 bedrooms assuming ten potential guests, the kitchen had a tiny table with 4 chairs, the LR has a very uncomfortable couch that was difficult for two, 2 chairs and one was broken The porch was nice and spacious but the furniture there also seated only 4 and was very uncomfortable. There was a deck outside the MB but definitely unsafe for dogs and children. The bathrooms do not have fans that work which is feeding mold. The parking allows for only 3 cars. The good things are: location, electric car charger, comfy beds. I gave this info to the owners but only got a 'thank you for your feedback ' bot response. It is not work the very high price with such insufficient and terrible seating We ended up leaving three days early. ##### Marcia L. It is pet friendly it’s nice to walk my dog down to the beach. Obviously they were restaurants and things to do that were closed because it was Easter weekend and the season hasn’t started yet but all in all everything was great. Communication was awesome very readily responding to anything that I ask, I do have one downfall and that is the master bedroom floor.
