"Lovely home & setting. Very peaceful. Lots of nice touches…snacks, popcorn machine, wood for outdoor fire & supplies for s’mores, breakfast foods available, etc. Owner very responsive, polite & easy to work with. Only complaint about the house was it needed a good deep cleaning. I’m sure it’s hard to accomplish this with the few hours they have between check out & check in. We did have issues with the listing on VRBO - when booked (almost a year ago) the listing did say events up to 50 people....

"I received a confirmation of my reservation. On the day of the start of my stay, I asked for the code to the property. I was told that reservation needed to be cancelled. The owner stated that they had issues with accepting payments and could not accept my reservation. This was the first notice I had received that anything was wrong. It was then that I received notice of my refund. I was very frustrated and had to make last minute arrangements for lodging that evening."

"This is our 3rd time staying at this property! We absolutely love staying here! It's clean, well equipped, and located in a prime location in Beaufort. My only complaint is that the water in the shower did not get hot at all. The hot water was luke warm at its best. Please turn up the temp on the hot water heater. We will definitely rent again! Thx!"

"We had a wonderful visit to Beaufort which was made more special by staying here. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, Large living space and deck upstairs with another deck downstairs, a hammock to just rock yourself to sleep and kayaks to enjoy the estuary and wildlife. Well equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. The views from the house and deck were simply stunning. There were 2 kayaks to explore the shoreline. Ideal for our family gathering. The host was quick to respond at all times....

"This beautiful hidden gem may be our favorite of all the VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. This beautifully renovated space was breathtaking inside and out. It is beautifully furnished , the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was like something out of Modern Farmhouse magazine !
