The house is split-into wings. This is an entire home instead of just a a shared room w/ no amenities. Private/Spacious. The properties are always being maintained so someone can assist w/ anything.

• DISHES- Wash all your dishes before you leave. Load in the evening and unload in the am.
• TRASH - Please take all your trash out to Bin. This includes bathroom trash cans & kitchen trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was very nice. It was a little expensive for being in Statesboro, Georgia. The biggest issue was somebody staying in the garage/extra living area with a dog. We did not realize it until the morning of checkout, which is very eerie. The house had an extremely strong marijuana odor
