Don’t let that scare you off from this premium rental. We would definitely stay again. Owner is super responsive and accommodating as well."

The beach access is literally around the corner from the house in either direction. My family had a wonderful stay here."

"We came down to Wilmington to visit family for a long weekend. The house is in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Parking was on the street but had no issues parking right in front of the home. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I made breakfast every morning but ate out the rest of the time. Had issues with the toaster and the owner was quick to order and have one delivered to the house the same day. We’ll be back! The only thing negative is an extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice has to go out and buy some on the first night. Night lights in the bathrooms would have also been nice.
