Dog Friendly - Beach Bungalow- Locally owned/operated. Inspected at each turnover. Three bedroom charmer set between two access points. Ocean views. Gas grill, outdoor seating, sand chairs and more. Half a block to beach access. Check-out time is 9:30am. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to ensure units are not overloaded in the summer. Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation. As always, it was clean and ready for us. Michelle is a gracious host and acted quickly on a few cropped-up issues out of her control. It was a perfect place to spend the week at the beach. Michelle was super helpful and communicative as a host. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very dog friendly, fenced in back yard, dog crate on site. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and easy. We will definitely be back!! ##### Jennifer T. Very clean, and Michelle thinks of everything! It was a last minute trip and so glad we went with this. We normally stay in the Outer Banks, but had a family emergency.
