We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice.

Decent but has the potential to be grear
Overall it was a decent experience but it could have been excellent if the hotel was maintained better. However, I understand that the financial toll of the COVID19 pandemic might have prevented the ownership from investing in polishing the place and hiring enough people to make the overall experience excellent but the staff despite being overwhelmed made up for the other negative aspects of the stay.

We were first provided with a very shaky wooden crib for our baby, almost falling apart. Absolutely unacceptable. The water slides were open random hours (10am-12pm and 2-5 pm) and it even opened late in the morning after we asked for it. Food was alright. Service in restaurants was great. Rest of the service from the staff was terrible. Very very slow. The 5th star of this hotel is very difficult to see. Probably was obtained in the past and lost his greatness over time. Would not recommend it to anyone. Definetely not worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay
It is a very nice hotel with very good service and a lot of entertaining facilities. Des staff rose Éric Éric et ben tu es au micro est The staff was very caring about any requests. The food is abundant and various at the end I’ll say excellent . The animation team was at a high standard . The only negative points are about the rooms of the garden view which was exposed to the noise made by the surrounding generator of the air-conditioning of the neighbouring hotel.

Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional! A buddy of mine and I booked 2 separate rooms over two months ago for 2 adults each room, when arrived to property, receptionist gave us a hard time and wanted us to email him both confirmation #'s. What's the purpose of booking in adavace? Finally his manager came out and was able to locate both reservations. Not even an apology afterwords, let alone he was still trying to convince us thats how it works...he shouldn't be interacting with guests, he should be in a kitchen, not a good reflection for this "supposedly " *****Hotel. Beds in room are horrible, 2 separate small beds right next to each other, not confortable at all...

The best hotel ever
Magic life Africana has been the best by so far in everything Services is highly professional Animation is well performed and provides countless activities from beach volleyball, soccer to pool dancing and a lot more Special than to the best and only Karim. Excellent all inclusive hotel
Stayed there last week with husband and 2 kids. Food is delicious, staff is helpful, room is clean. Kids luved it, they have a kidsclub where you can leave the kids for a few hours.

Zuerst einmal darf man nicht ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel erwarten. Dafür müsste es besser in Schuss sein und mehr Details bieten. 4 Sterne würde ich aber geben. Es ist sauber, Essen ist lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Der Strand war an manchen Tagen (Anfang Oktober) super schön und klar. Am nächsten Tag war alles voller Seegras, dann wieder schön… aber sehr angenehme Temperaturen. Einmal sind wir bis zum Hafen hochgelaufen und müssen sagen, dass dieses Hotel am besten aussah! Wer Badeferien in einer Hotelanlage machen möchte ist hier gut bedient, es gibt auch einige kostenlose Aktivitäten wie Bananenboot fahren etc. Aber wenn man die Anlage verlässt wird man andauernd von Verkäufern angesprochen welche sehr aufdringlich sind und einfach Touristen abzocken wollen. Deshalb würden wir nicht mehr nach Tunesien fahren.

Non francophone s’abstenir, les animations ne sont pas top, la piscine principale est tout le temps blindé les allemands se lèvent à 6h du mat mettent leurs serviettes x est insupportable ! Les serveurs ne marchent QU AU POURBOIRE sinon ils vous regardent même pas qund vous levez la main pour de l eau ! Resto à la carte pas trop bon
