Very friendly staff

I'm in Tunisia every year and this hotel is the best. Amazing food. The hotel staff from cleaning ,bar, waiters,life Guards,to management were both friendly and professional and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

My family and I arrived end of May 2015, we were abit apprenhensive about the what to expect. But to our delight we were very pleased with the room. We had s two bed appartment with half board, clean room, comfy beds, TV and a kitchen. The two bathrooms a great idea as we were 2 adults and 3 children. The rooms were cleaned everyday! Amazing stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Zainab and the reception staff. Room, beach, pools were all great. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is right on the beach and within a few minutes walk of the marina. Everything is really nearby and Carthage Land is a 5 min walk too. We went all inclusive and food was fab every day. Lots of variety. Def would stay here again!

This hotel is beautiful. The gardens are so lovely, the pools gorgeous, the beach - fine gold sand, the service is attentive and cheerful, the beds are huge and comfortable. The rooms are airy and vaulted ceilings and very clean. Bathrooms luxurious. All inclusive buffet delicious and excellent choice. And there is an excellent pastry chef - with incredible fresh pastries served all day long!! We loved it. Added bonus and important for April visit was the heated indoor pool and hammam spa.

An amazing hotel, with amazing staff, would definately go back

The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond, at one point even helping us dry laundry we'd been drying in our room. We also enjoyed the breakfast on offer each morning
