All appliances and fixtures were truly a luxury experience for me. The a/c worked great to keep the place cool during the heat wave. I found it handy to have the washer and dryer included, as well as the full kitchen. There are 2 bbqs on the property as there are two rental units. I would suggest inquiring about propane if you intend to use it. The one bbq i checked was clean but felt like the tank was nearly empty. The property manager I dealt with through email is very helpful, so don't hesistate to ask for assistance with anything. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. If you walk directly to the beach it may take you 10 minutes, going downhill the whole way. The uphill return walk isn't too bad as there is a bench to take a break at if you need.
