Many upgrades mix with many character features to give you a comfortable and cozy stay-new mattresses β€˜22, hot tub β€˜23 & gas fireplace’20. You can walk to Bruce trail hikes, or bike to local wineries from your doorstep. Downtown Grimsby offers a variety is eclectic shops, coffee shops, patios & restaurants and is only a 2 minute walk from the house. It is located on a quiet street with a fully fenced, shady mature and private lot. Enjoy listening to birds, frogs and the rippling Forty Mike Creek from the hot tub in the backyard. This home is a great place to gather with family and friends and enjoy the Niagara area. Niagara Falls is 30min is away and closest winery is 7km. Taxes added at end. Inst: @green_oakhouse
