Over 3,100 sq ft of living space and situated on a half-acre lot with a sprawling fenced back yard, lots of room for volleyball and kids to play. This charming home in downtown Port Dover is close to EVERTHING. Watch the parade and Friday the 13th events from your front lawn. Walk two blocks to the central business district, including the theatre, shops, restaurants, and beach. Play games and enjoy the gas barbeque and fire pit in the huge, fenced backyard. Arena, soft track, soccer field, outdoor ball-hockey rink, tennis courts, basketball courts with playpark and skateboard park just one block away, an additional play park just 1/2 block away.. A third playpark, soccer field and walking trails 3 short blocks away. Plenty of indoor space to keep everyone entertained during inclement weather, including a ping-pong table, games, puzzles and a table top Ms. Pac Man console with over 60 games. Port Dover is a very safe town, with virtually no crime.
