"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. 10/10 Excellent
The room we booked had a partial sea view and it was absolutely stunning. I was able to wake up to the ocean every morning and sit on my balcony!
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the lobby had access to all sorts of snacks and drinks.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chatan
