Mattress on pull out sofa was stained with what appeared to be urine. And the sofa was nasty and broken down, not comfortable.
Entry to hotel and lobby area floor not clean.
Front of hotel looked like something from horror movie.
Pool not open because they had not gotten inspected and it was last day of June in the deep South where pools should be open in April.
I do plan to call Hilton to complain as this was worst stay at one of their properties.
