    This modern, small holiday rental is centrally located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen with mostly new furniture and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed linens, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are provided. Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and oven. Filter coffee maker with filter bags provided. LED TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet. Large terrace with a magnificent, sweeping view to the east towards the pool and garden. Large fenced-in garden with a lawn for sunbathing, featuring a seasonally heated and covered outdoor pool. Sauna in the garden shed. Covered shelter in the garden with seating for about 20 people. Play equipment and sandpit for children. Large foosball table.
    Free parking spaces. Charging station for cars. An additional shower and toilet in the pool area/garden. Grilling equipment is provided. Refrigerators and freezers are also available in the garden. One dog is allowed.
