"Set in gorgeous surroundings, the field barn has everything you need for a rural retreat. It was always warm (something which we considered before booking it for our December stay) and we felt at home right away. Beds were clean and comfortable. "Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith. Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog. Good offroad parking at the back of the cottage and an enclosed front garden. Stayed for a week, excellent location for exploring Hadrians wall, lake district and yorkshire dales. "

"A very good hotel, We had an overnight stay in a spacious , comfortable double room. Toiletries and towels provided were of good quality. Evening menu was very good value . Pleasant bar area. An excellent choice was provided for breakfast. Spacious car parking. Very good location , close to town centre. Overall The Cumbria Park Hotel was great value. Would recommend"
