"The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund our additional 3 nights, 2 rooms. Still working to settle this"

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. "Given it was a hotel near airport, it checked all the boxes expected for such a property. There was construction going on inside the hotel, and although it was contained, it led to dust at places and we found open beer bottles in lounge area later at night, which didn't leave a good impression. The night staff was helpful when asked a question but otherwise were too busy chit chatting amongst themselves. We would probably pick a different place next time - despite this being a very affordable stay."

"This is by far the best Holiday Inn Express that we stayed during our travel in Germany and Switzerland. Only complain we have was the bathroom drain seems to be clogged, water drained very slow. The Capsule is decently spacious; I was even able to hold my suitcase and 2 bags in there and still have enough space for myself to comfortably sleep.
