"Arrived and found staff friendly and pleasant. The hotel lobby appeared clean and well appointed. Check in was easy, and found our room to be spacious and pretty clean. Did find a spider Webb and small spider above the window curtains at the ceiling, but otherwise no cleaning issues. Bed was two single beds pushed together, which was kind of disappointing since I booked a queen room, but we made doo and the bed was comfortable. There was A/C and I turned it down as low as possible but still felt warm. We ate at the hotel restaurant and found the food adequate but not amazing, except for the dessert, it was really good. Best part was that the hotel is connected to the terminal at Zurich Airport, so it was a quick walk to terminal check in 1. Also the hotel was very quiet with no airport noise. Good night sleep."

"The hotel’s location is spot on and extremely convenient, especially with the excellent public transportation options nearby. Overall, our stay was okay, but unfortunately, the cleaning service was quite disappointing. We stayed for five nights, and the bunk bed was not cleaned even once. Even the main bed was not made properly. Another issue was with the towels. Every day, after the room was serviced, our towels were taken away, and we had to go to the front desk to request new ones. This was quite inconvenient and frustrating. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again because of the excellent location and convenient access to public transportation. I would strongly request the management to pay more attention to the housekeeping and cleaning services, as improving this area would make a significant difference to the guest experience."

"They first stuck me into a very small room. I have had this occur before if i book through Expedia. I complained because i had stayed there before and was accustom to a larger room with a coffee pot when booking the king bed. I truly felt they put me in a smalller corner room because of being with a discount broker.The next room the ac was not working and hot as hell. The assistantmanager saved the day.. he gave us an upgrade to normal room with AC and free breakfast.. Super nice guy Ricardo i believe"

"The staff were extremely helpful, especially Angi! She helped us figure out the best ways to get around by train, tram, and even boat and set us up with day pass tickets. - The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was outstanding!"

"Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, requested two more towels and got them immediately. Had dinner at the chalet, Resto on location and the food was delicious. Thou be prepared for Swiss city pricing. Don’t forget that you have to pay for water in a restaurant."
