スタッフさんの対応は親切で客室も清潔で静かでした。 朝、最上級の部屋から見えた雪景色が最高でした。 夜のカレーのサービスは、20時ギリギリに間に合い美味しく頂きました。娘は美味しいとおかわりさせてもらいました。 何度か利用させて頂いている朝食バイキングは、いつも混んでいて部屋に運んでいましたが、今回は座ってゆっくりおかわりもしました。ありがとうございました。

連泊したんですが、 次の日の清掃をお願いしたので全部お掃除してくれたと思ったらお風呂やトイレは清掃されておらず、スタッフにその旨尋ねたところ、お掃除お願いするにも2パターンあるようで、ベットメイキングのみとベットメイキングとお風呂トイレの2パターンあったらしく、受付してくれたスタッフの方はそんな説明してくれないので、こちらはてっきり全部清掃に入ってくれるものだと思いました。 もう少し丁寧な説明がほしかったです。

Kind and warm staff. They go beyond expectations. I was welcomed with a warm dinner just in case I missed it as the area around Shin-Hakodate station has no convenience stores or restaurants. A pleasant experience that I want to repeat in the near future.
