The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. It has an air conditioner and the room is very clean. The amenities are nice and they also provide amenities for the kids. They have a laundry washer and dryer in one for 600 yen. The breakfast have tons of options and very yummy where kids and adults can enjoy the food. This hotel is also near the shopping and eating area plus near the Hakodate airport. The staff were very nice and always helpful no matter what time of day. There was construction going on at the time but this was communicated to us after we booked and also upon arrival, and the noise was minimal. The room was a decent size with a good sized bathroom, but the bathroom had hair on the floor and the sheets and quilt covers had stains on them when we checked into our room. Less than 10 minutes to Goryokaku Tower/park. The laundry onsite was reasonably affordable. The room was relatively large as well as the bathroom, and the pajamas they provided were our most comfortable that we slept in in Japan. However, the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke as we did not know that was their smoking area and often fills into the elevator.
