This ryokan was so beautiful and the staff was outstanding. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The onsen was also spacious and the baths fabulous. Breakfast was delicious and authentic. We couldn't be happier. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is best in class. Everything is very close by with10 minute driving maximum. Both my wife and daughter really like the hotel. My husband and son got up early to enjoy the onsen and we loved the traditional Japanese bedding. It is exactly the type of lodging we were looking for in Hakodate.
