They gave us an option for western food which was a nice option after eating a lot of seafood throughout our trip. They were very accommodating and the service was great. During check in, staff never give full and clear information, was waken up by the stuffiness, apparently the bedroom AC wasn’t on, only the central air-condition was on. Only found out hours later. Had a terrible rest. Woke up by a false fire alarm after an hour sleep from the air condition chaos. I had a room without an onsen. The public onsen was okay, but not really spectacular. If you like a city view, it's good. From the women's onsen, the airport runway is visible and the flight take off times listed, so if you'd like to see planes take off, it's nice. My regret is not reserving a dinner or breakfast. Beware, you can't easily reserve last minute, so do it when you make your initial reservation or call them.
