"The breakfast was fine but there was a slight lack of hot options. The fruit was excellent, but overall I was not blown away. The hotel itself is well appointed but the area around the central railway is not the nicest (not the hotel’s fault!). However, it is brilliantly located for access to the city centre and airport. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. "

"This hotel is very well located for walking to the historic downtown area of Munich, as well as a more modern strip of shops and restaurants. However the actual entrance is in a pedestrian-only section which makes it impossible for taxis to pull right up to the main entrance, and we had to be picked up/dropped off almost a block away. Hotel room was small but comfortable, clean, and in good condition. A/C control pad overly complicated but seemed to work fine. Nice bathroom with good counter space, and a shower pretty close to American norms. Staff was helpful upon check-in and arranging a taxi to the airport for us at checkout."

"Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage."

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."
