Although rooms are small, the hotel does a great job at keeping them modern & clean! Overall, the stay was amazing and such a great location! "

"Not the best of starts. First room given was very bad - heating didn't work, room was old and tatty. A complaint to the management was handled very well however with both managers dealing with the situation to the highest standard. We were given a new room (which was a lot more modern), and given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. Mistakes happen, but staff fixed it."
