"We have stayed here several times and like it because rooms are clean and even if small perfect for short stays . You are around 15 mins walk from the centre of Leamington with good shops , bars , pubs and restaurants if you don’t wish to eat in the hotel . The staff are always friendly , breakfast is plentiful and good quality . Also if you stay at hotel parking is free ."

"Solo for one night. The room was a good size. Bigger than expected and the bed was very comfy. Much needed after a 3.5 hour drive. The room was meant to have been a non-smoking room but it smelt like it had been smoked in, and there was also a stale, musty smell in the wardrobes. I found the kettle and cups tucked away in a drawer. There were no tea bags, coffee, sugar or milk. I tried to call reception/room service regarding this, but the phone was not working either. I was disappointed with this service. I have stayed here once before and never had any issues."

"This is a very busy hotel and spa but my room was comfortable, quiet and had everything you could want, the outdoor swimming pool was really lovely and I have to say that the short rib at dinner was really excellent and service was friendly and good. Sadly, the wine list was sub bog standard and breakfast was pretty poor but the golf course more than made up for a greasy fried egg."

"I visited the Heron House with my bridesmaids for my hen do last weekend, and I have to say we had an absolutely AMAZING time!! The house and the garden are stunning, and we had a magical weekend. The weather was perfect and we loved the hot tub and pool. Catherine was a fantastic host from before check in to check out and she was super responsive and friendly. Our taxi coming back was delayed which was stressful, but Catherine was so relaxed about us checking out slightly later.I couldn't recommend this place enough. The location is fabulous and not to mention we got a great night's sleep both nights which was superb! Our dog also had an awesome time roaming around the garden and she even had a splash in the pool!Thank you so so much :)"
