"Front desk was able to accomodate early check in for us. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. 3 different mirrors in the room was a plus. Minor things would have taken our visit over the top: we didn’t use the shower, but it could have used some updating (maybe tile and a glass door), the pillows would not stay fluffed, so we needed 2 to bring our heads to the right level (pretty common for hotels given how often they’re used) and fixing tank on toilet - it was pretty loud when it would refill (brought to staff’s attention at check out). Overall, a good experience for us."

"Staff was friendly and accomadating.... The room was clean and well appointed, king bed was very comfy, shower was invigorating and roomy. Breakfast had good selections...waffle maker, and the coffee was the BEST I've ever had in a hotel. Really Would definitely stay here again. No elevators ..2 story, but open wide staircase from lobby to the 2nd floor was no problem."

"Front desk, shuttle and breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Bed was comfy. My only real complaint is that the floors didn't send like they were cleaned (bathroom) or vacuumed (sleeping area) very well. There were stains on the rug."
