Gunnison River Getaway - pet friendly, secluded, quiet, EV charging
- Beautiful secluded house located on the Gunnison River. If you want to enjoy the outdoors this is the place for you. Enjoy a fire inside or out, sit on the back porch and soak in the beauty or hang out by the river. The house is simple and cozy but the outdoor access and land is simply excellent!
Large grass and treed areas with small seasonal stream through the property, excellent fishing, sit by the river and scout the bald eagle population. It is an excellent home base for all your winter and summer activities. Our family has been enjoying this spot for many years and now you can enjoy it as well.
Level 2 charging receptacle (NEMA 14-50) for customers with Electric Vehicles. We bring ours..
Please note: This is a very quiet spot with year round neighbors next door so parties, loud activities and any motor sports are not suitable here.
