- Beautiful, modern, 2,000 sq. ft. home conveniently located in town in Gunnison! Four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A great basecamp to explore all that Gunnison and Crested Butte have to offer! High end finishes with new carpets in all the bedrooms and new wood floors in the living room. In the winter months, Ski Crested Butte and Monarch from Gunnison! Both ski areas are only 45 minutes away. A short walk to the bus stop that offers a free bus to Crested Butte and the ski area! Also within walking distance to the Van Tuyl trail system and fishing access, downtown, the grocery store, restaurants, the Gunnison Community and Rec Center and Western State University Campus.
