Great stay and great host.

This is a very nice property with all you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The communication was fast a friendly and the location of the complex is very centrally located.

This condo was outstanding on location, cleanliness, and relaxation. Mrs Pat was a amazing host and checked on us often to make sure we were satisfied as well as let us have a late check out since there wasnt anyone else coming in that day. I cant say enough great things about unit 1203. Me, my bf and 6 older kids had a blast. Kids ranging from 17-11 all found something cool to do. Super close to all the shops and lots of great restaurants, most of our stay we just walked where ever we wanted to go. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous Gulf Shores View!

We spent our annual family vacation at this location and it was spectacular! Beautiful views, great location, clean property with plenty of room for the entire family. Pat was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. Hope to stay again if we return to the area.

Awesome experience

Amazing and wonderful stay

My friend and I stayed at this condo for three nights. It was in a great location overlooking the ocean. The condo was clean and as presented on the site. Pat was very easy to work with and always replied quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean, Comfortable & Easy Beach Access

Clean and roomy home as well as the property. Easy access to the beach and having private access is a plus. You can enjoy the beach without being on top of each other. Great location walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Definitely will book again. Thanks Pat for being a great host!!

"Best Trip Ever!"

This is such a gorgeous home and was absolutely perfect! The condo was ultra clean (and I am very picky on clean), had great amount of space for our large family and had everything to meet our needs with ease. The property it's self is well-maintained and convenient. All our kids said this was the best trip ever!

Would definitely to it all again!!

We booked this trip last minute, just a weekend of relaxing before getting back to school routines. This was the easiest booking I have ever experienced. Pat was great to work with & always available to answer questions. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed/wanted. We’re already trying to find time to return!

Wonderful property. Super helpful. So convenient.

Our stay was amazing. Pat was super nice to work with. Was very clean at check in. And even ready a bit early. 10/10. The elevators were super fast and not crowded either. Only downside is I wish there had been curtains in the living room. It got a bit bright on the mornings.

Wonderful long weekend

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores and this unit in the San Carlos was the perfect location. We enjoyed morning coffee with a beautiful ocean view on the balcony and walked right onto the best part of the beach where our rented chairs/umbrellas were ready for us by 9am each day. We could walk to multiple restaurants and mini golf/shops/The Hangout. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for us as well as a list of recommended activities and restaurants. The unit had plenty of space for the 5 of us, it could have fit double that. I’d definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!!!

This place is on my top 10 list of best condos we’ve ever stayed at the beach! The view was AMAZING! The balcony was huge and the seating on the balcony was the best! The amount of space and the layout of the condo was perfect! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the pool and the condo grounds were beautiful! It was right in the heart of Gulf Shores, and so close to the best restaurants and shops. The owner, Pat, was the sweetest and easiest to work with. Everything was so easy to book. She answered all our questions that we had, and the communication was excellent! If we return to Gulf Shores we will be staying in this condo again!!

Beautiful condo,great location.Everything you need is in the condo and the location is perfect.Pat is great to work with.The only hiccup was that the parking lot was being paved when we arrived.I called Pat and she was very helpful in calling the manager and telling us the best way to get our stuff unloaded.The only issue was the manager on duty that night was clearly irritated that he was asked to help us and was quite unfriendly.The manager in the day time was very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous Condo!

We had a wonderful stay and vacation here! The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach! The resort itself was clean, safe, and well maintained! There were excursions available such as para sailing, jet skis, and banana boat rides right down on the beach close to the condo. Pat was fabulous to work with from booking to check out. She wanted to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything not long after we arrived. Any question we had, Pat would respond in a timely manner. This resort is located in close proximity to shopping and restaurants-most within walking distance. We will definitely book here again in the future! By far, one of the best places we have stayed in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach!! 🏖️

Cannot wait to go back!!!

This location is perfect! We wanted to be close enough to be a part of the action surrounding us, but far enough away that we had peace and quiet too. The owner reached out to me within a few days of booking to make sure we each had all of the correct contact information just in case, which I have never had an owner do so that was a pleasant surprise! From the day of arrival to the day of departure, Pat was easily accessible for anything, no matter what it was we might have needed, and checked in to make sure the unit was cleaned properly and to our standards! The fact that the living room had enough seating for us all to be comfortable together was a renter’s dream! The balcony was just as comfortable with the zero gravity chairs and love seat with table! The kitchen had everything we could need for cooking, and the closets were stocked with extra blankets and pillows (which we always need). The day before we had to leave, there was a cancellation, and Pat made sure to let me know in case we wanted to extend our stay! Unfortunately, we all had to return to work the day after our checkout. We already plan to stay here again next year because our experience and our stay was so pleasant! We would recommend this unit to anyone looking!

My host Pat was very sweet and checked in to make sure everything was good! Only complaint that I could have was the pool was not heated so it was way too cold to get in and swim. Condo was amazing! Place was spotless, building was quiet and safe feeling!
