Located just across the street from the beaches of Gulf Shores State Park, this fourth-floor unit offers stunning Gulf views, modern amenities, and a relaxing coastal vibe, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 8 guests. The Space – Sleeps 8 Comfortably Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, cozy coastal decor, and ample storage. Hallway Nook: Built-in twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed, coastal accents, and storage space. Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, HDTV, and balcony access with breathtaking Gulf views. CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. Our main concerns were addressed as promptly as can reasonably be expected. We wouldn't return, however, mostly due to: cleanliness, lack of a board walk to the beach, and overall dated nature of the property. Not all of that can be helped. The cleanliness of the floors was addressed. It was the last night while packing and looking for our daughters lost toy block we saw tons of spilled cereal and a broken beer bottle under the stove and fridge. I just need a more thoroughly cleaned place. Baseboards, rugs, banisters…I expect it all to be deeply cleaned. The walk to the beach could be so much easier with a similar rubber mat along the first third or half of the wall from the road. Similar to what is at the public access. We went there twice just for ease even though we preferred being close to our room. Again, kind property managers and maintenance staff and residents, but not the top choice for us in the future. ##### Dana W. I truly enjoyed this property. I visited for my birthday with my family and it was perfect! The location was absolutely prime--a quick walk to the beach across the street and restaurants within minutes of the stay. The best part had to be the view from the balcony. The condo was even better than pictured. There was a new sofa, recliner and artwork in the living room that was beautiful! The view was amazing and an easy walk directly across the street to beach access. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We did not cook during our stay but the unit had everything you would need if you choose to do so. Highly recommend! ##### Carol H. However, the room from 2-8 stayed extremely hot. We kept the blinds and curtains closed- but the place still remained 78-82 degrees (was set on 70). We did have a few problems - but the manager fixed them very promptly! The place is nice - but little places for storage, bags, etc. In order to cross to the beach, you cross a very busy road with no light or crosswalk this was fine for us - however, if I had kids, I’d like to know this. I hate that hotels and condos have changed check in times over the years to so late in the evenings. The only other bad thing was other tenants not respecting others, allowing their kids to bang on other people's doors and run up and down the walkways by doors nonstop from late at night til early morning hours. Need somebody policing quiet time and not allowing kids to run around after midnight disturbing others. ##### Natasha B. We contacted Beachball Property management immediately, over an hour later we received a message "We know nothing about this, we will check with HOA. I sent a follow up message......NEVER received any communication or explanation. Unsure of safety after that, how many others have the code. Again on checkout morning....the door unlocks and the cleaning lady walked in "Oh....you're still here ?" It was 8:30 am, we were told and reminded checkout was 10 am. Disapponited in lack of basic supplies.....no cleansers, no toilet cleaner, not even a dishcloth, one garbage bag for a month.
